Dr Jochen Lehmann is a partner at the GÖRG Cologne office, and head of the IP, IT & Commercial Department. He advises and represents national and international companies in all legal disputes. He also has many years of experience coordinating and managing cross-border disputes. A further area of specialisation is advising in the field of insurance law, which is often associated with litigation matters, but also includes insurance supervisory law and sales. Another key area of activity is data protection law.
